I am building a resort in Vythiri in kerala. Myself and my partner have already sunk Rs 1 crore to build 10 rooms in the project apart from 2 acres of land costing Rs 70 lakhs. I need an equity partner willing to invest Rs 50 lakhs for completion of the project. what should I do ? |
