NEN E Cell members of Muffakham Jah College of Engineering And Technology, Hyderabad, have turned angel investors since September. Their E Shop helps students start up with a seedfund of Rs 50. It's a hit. 140 students, in teams of two, have registered, of which 28 have already set shop. From choco tarts to study materials to even bonsai plants - business has been so brisk that the E Shop increased its size the fifth day itself. In 15 days, it made a profit of Rs 12,000. The most successful, with Rs 4,000 as net gain, was the team that sold handwritten class notes.
