| Why Startup Jobs? |
|
| Recruiting team members is a daunting challenge for any growing organization. Startups are no exception, especially ones that rely on young, passionate individuals to scale their businesses. Thus, when startups called on NEN to help, we gladly obliged and created India's first campus recruiting program for startups: NEN Startup Jobs.
Started in June 2008, NEN Startup Jobs introduces startups to the largely untapped recruiting channel of campus placement. Institute partners are carefully chosen based on their level of entrepreneurship activity, administrative support, and student employability. This combination ensures that job seekers have the requisite domain expertise, attitude, and communication skills to thrive in fast-paced startups.
