There are certain points in a venture's development where entrepreneurs need the most help: certainly at startup; but very often, entrepreneurs run into major challenges when they try to grow - assessing growth opportunities; managing cash for growth; and developing the required organizational capabilities. Tools for Growth is a unique, hands-on workshop, developed in partnership with London Business School, under the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program to address these challenges.

Objectives

At the end of the workshop, participants will be introduced to some key tools that will enable them to work on the following topics:

• Discovering and assessing opportunities for growth
• Managing cash for growth
• Developing a growth mindset
• Developing the organizational capabilities for growth
• Evaluating opportunities for acquisition

• Students who are seriously inclined to startup any venture and keen to get introduced to the tools for growing their business
• Student entrepreneurs who have started their venture while still on campus and are looking at growing their business
